Hello all, I hope this message finds you in good spirits. As many of you have no doubt noticed, I have not been on much in the previous weeks. Basically, I have made some life decisions as of late that pertain to when/how much leisure time I have. A family member approached me recently about a possible job opportunity in the near future; July to be more exact. I have found myself at a crossroads. Since I am from Texas, the current raid schedule is almost impossible for me to maintain as the raids start at around 3am/4am and go to about 7am/9am. I may be able to make an occasional appearance on the weekends, but I have already started the process of retraining my body to go to bed earlier to wake up earlier. I am sorry and apologize for any inconveniences this has or may have caused. Bluntly, I love the game, but what will be required of me soon in the real world is something I am at odds with. At the end of the day, having an income to support myself, and all that entails is priority one. I don't know how much I will continue to play, but the position I will be (almost assuredly now) given requires me to relearn some technical skills; mainly programming and the like. Please understand that I want to continue to be in the guild...I have made many friends and would love to stay - I just cannot continue the current schedule of raid times without my body breaking down (I'm only 31, but still...the older you get, etc). So to be blunt, I want to stay in this guild and will gladly help out anyone who needs an extra heal when I am on, or needs my assistance, but raiding for me (for the foreseeable future) is on hold. I hope you all understand that certain things in life require priority and for me this is a decision that did not come easily as I have been out of work for some time. Thanks in advance for reading this and remember I will always be a *tell* away from any help any of you may need in the future when I am on.
Sincerely,
Cesh (Adam)
